Licensed Electrician / Journeyman
Bucks County PA & Mercer County NJAbout the Role
We're looking for experienced, licensed electricians to join our growing team. You'll work on residential and light commercial projects including panel upgrades, EV charger installations, recessed lighting, whole-home renovations, and service calls. This is hands-on work with a company that values quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform panel upgrades and service changes (100A to 200A+). Install EV charging stations (Tesla, ChargePoint, etc.). Run new circuits, install outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code requirements. Maintain a clean, professional work environment at customer properties.
What We're Looking For
Valid Pennsylvania or New Jersey electrical license (Journeyman or Master). 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience. Strong knowledge of NEC code and local electrical codes. Experience with residential service upgrades and panel work. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.

Lead Electrician / Foreman
Bucks County PA & Mercer County NJAbout the Role
We need experienced lead electricians who can run jobs and mentor junior team members. As a Lead Electrician at Star Bright, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with homeowners and contractors, and ensure every job meets our quality standards. This role is for someone who leads by example — tools in hand, teaching as they work.
What You'll Do
Lead electrical projects and manage job site operations. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and inspectors. Plan material needs and ensure proper inventory for each job. Perform complex electrical work including service upgrades, sub-panels, and full renovations. Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements. Conduct quality checks before final inspections. Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians. Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to the office.
What We're Looking For
Valid Master Electrician license in PA and/or NJ. 7+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Clean driving record and professional demeanor. Experience with EV chargers, generators, and smart home systems is a plus.

Apprentice Electrician / Helper
Bucks County PA & Mercer County NJAbout the Role
Want to learn the electrical trade? We're hiring apprentices and helpers who are ready to work hard and build a real career. You'll work alongside experienced journeymen and master electricians on real job sites, learning the trade while earning a paycheck from day one.
What You'll Do
Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and service calls. Learn to run wire, install boxes, mount fixtures, and make connections under supervision. Help with material handling, job site setup, and cleanup. Pull wire through conduit and rough-in electrical systems. Learn to read blueprints and understand electrical code. Maintain tools and keep the work vehicle organized. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and genuine interest in learning the electrical trade. Reliable transportation to job sites across Bucks County and Central NJ. Ability to work physically — climbing ladders, crawling in attics, lifting 50+ lbs. Basic hand tool knowledge is helpful but not required. High school diploma or GED. Must pass background check and drug screening. Enrolled in or willing to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.
